Contact us prior to returning an item. We will give you an authrization number for approval to return. Without an authorization number an item may be refused.
Return Authorization Requests must be made within 30 days of customer receipt of the items. After this time, all sales are considered final. We do ask that you pay the shipping back to us.
Made to Order: Products that are made to order will be subjected a 15% restocking fee.
Preferred Carrier – Our preferred freight carrier is USPS. We will ship all orders UPS unless other another shipping method is requested.
